ABOUT TRUNORTH INTEGRITY PARTNERS
TruNorth Integrity Partners was founded on a simple but urgent belief: people should receive the quality of care they were promised, and public healthcare resources should be used for their intended purpose.
Across behavioral healthcare, oversight often relies heavily on policies, reports, claims data, and retrospective reviews. These tools are important, but they may not reveal what members experience, whether providers have the staffing and infrastructure to deliver the services they bill for, or whether a program is operating at the level of care it represents. TruNorth was created to close that gap.
WHY WE EXIST
When oversight occurs only after complaints increase, outcomes decline, or substantial funds have already been spent, healthcare systems are forced to respond to problems that could have been identified earlier.
Inadequate provider screening, limited onsite monitoring, fragmented accountability, and pressure to make rapid operational decisions can allow significant risks to go undetected. The consequences extend beyond financial loss. Members may receive ineffective or inappropriate care, ethical providers may compete within an uneven system, and confidence in publicly funded healthcare can erode.
TruNorth provides the independent clinical and operational insight organizations need to see what is happening, understand why it matters, and respond effectively.
Our Mission
To strengthen healthcare integrity, quality, and accountability through independent oversight, clinical expertise, and practical solutions.
Our Vision

Insight
& Integrity
Independent oversight is the cornerstone of trust. We bridge the gap between regulatory intent and real-world operational performance.
Protect Trust
Every audit we perform is designed to safeguard the people relying on these systems and the public dollars that fund their essential care.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF OVERSIGHT PARTNER
TruNorth approaches oversight as both an accountability function and an opportunity to strengthen systems. Our assessments connect information that is too often reviewed separately, such as clinical quality, staffing, operations, documentation, billing, member experience, policies, leadership decisions, and system-level oversight. This integrated perspective allows us to identify not only individual deficiencies, but also the structural conditions that allowed them to occur.
